Truecaller verifies IRCTC’s 139 helpline number

NEW DELHI: Truecaller Thursday said it has joined hands with the Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) and verified the identity of integrated national railways helpline number 139 using Truecaller Business Identity solutions, in efforts to build trust in communication for passengers.

People will now see a green verified business badge logo while making calls to the 139 helpline. Additionally, SMS messages will also carry verified headers to ensure authenticity.
