TRAI extends deadline for comments on Interconnection paper

The sector regulator has extended the deadline for comments or counter-comments on the consultation paper titled “Review of the Regulatory framework for Interconnection”.

“On request of some of the stakeholders, the last date for receipt of written comments has been extended up to 04.07.2019 and Counter-Comments, if any, up to 18.07.2019. It has also been decided that no request for any further extension of time for submission of Comments/Counter-Comments shall be entertained,” stated the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Tuesday.

The last date for industry for comments is extended from June 27 to July 4 while deadline for counter comments is extended from July 11 to July 18.
