Trai directs Tata Tele to refund customers unspent balance
Telecom regulator has directed Tata Teleservices (TTSL) to return unspent balance and security deposits to customers after it surrendered CDMA spectrum and closed services in 16 circles across the country.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has issued the notice on Monday to the Tata Group company asking them to return the unused balance of the carrier’s customers and security deposit of the post paid subscribers by July 30.
