Top DoT panel clears Rs 3,050 crore penalties on Airtel, Voda-Idea in PoI issue

The Digital Communications Commission (DCC) has cleared levying penalties of Rs 3,050 crore on Bharti AirtelNSE 0.89 % and Vodafone Idea for allegedly denying RelianceNSE -0.33 % Jio Infocomm adequate points of interconnection (PoIs) in 2016, a decision that the two affected telcos said will challenge in court.
