Toolkit Case: Court lets Disha Ravi have copy of FIR and remand

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Tuesday permitted activist Disha Ravi (21) to have a copy of the FIR registered by the Delhi Police over the “toolkit” prepared in connection with the farmers’ agitation. The court also allowed Ravi’s plea demanding a copy of the remand application moved by the Delhi Police earlier this week seeking her custodial interrogation.

Ravi is currently in custody of the special cell of the Delhi Police for five days wherein she is being interrogated over her alleged role in editing the “toolkit”.
