OpenAI’s ChatGPT uses the technology.TikTok has announced plans to use “Content Credentials” – a digital watermark – to label all images and videos uploaded to its platform that are created with artificial intelligence (AI). The move comes as tech companies have announced that they will label AI-generated content.

Previously, TikTok labeled AI content created with tools within its app.This change will now apply labels to videos and images generated with external AI tools such as those offered by OpenAI, Google and Microsoft.
