TikTok fires entire India staff

ByteDance-owned short video app TikTok fired its entire India workforce earlier this week, sources aware of the development told ET on Thursday.

As many as 40 people were given the pink slips on Monday after a call and were told that they would be given up to nine months of severance pay, they said.
