Thomson Computing, Sahasra Group to manufacture laptops, tablets in India

Mumbai: France based electronics maker Thomson Computing has entered a partnership with India’s Sahasra Group to manufacture laptops and tablets under the production linked incentive scheme 2.0 (PLI 2.0), the company said in a statement Wednesday.

The company will launch its line of laptops and tablets in the Indian market through a collaboration with its India subsidiary Metavisio Computing India and has identified distributor partners for the same, it added.
