This social media website is removing a feature because nobody uses it

Twitter has announced a small change on its website and app that instead of adding a feature, deals with removing one. The microblogging website says that it is removing one of the features because most people are not using it and it is not getting enough engagement. If you are a regular Twitter user, in the coming days you won’t be able to see the location tagging feature. The feature can be seen below while composing a tweet.
“Most people don’t tag their precise location in Tweets, so we’re removing this ability to simplify your Tweeting experience,” tweeted the company’s support page. It was, however, added that users will still be able to tag precise location through the updated camera. Twitter says that this feature exists if someone is sharing on-the-ground moments. “You’ll still be able to tag your precise location in Tweets through our updated camera. It’s helpful when sharing on-the-ground moments.”
