This feature will help in keeping conversations safe on Twitter

NEW DELHI: Micro blogging website Twitter recently revealed that it is working on a feature which will enable users to edit tweets. Now the company has confirmed yet another feature. Twitter has confirmed that they are developing a new ‘Hide Tweet’ feature which will allow users to keep their conversations safe.
This new option was found in Twitter’s code and it appears in the list of options which you click on ‘Share’ button on a tweet. The Hide Tweet feature can also be used as a alternative to blocking a user or muting someone. This feature will also offer users some control over conversation.
Along with the Hide Tweet feature the company also stated that they are working on another feature called ‘View Hidden Tweets’. This feature will enable users to unhide the tweets which were earlier hidden by the original poster. As reported by TechCrunch, a company spokesperson has confirmed that they are working on this feature.
