The mystery around Apple AR glasses continues

Cupertino-based tech giant Apple may not have stopped working on its Augmented Reality glasses, even though a report by DigiTimes claiming otherwise surfaced online.
The report has been refuted by Steve Troughton-Smith, renowned iOS Developer, on Twitter. Calling the move of termination of AR glass “unlikely” he said his “impression was that they they were coming even sooner.”
The report by DigiTimes, on the other hand, cites people familiar with the matter and claims that “the team [working on AR/VR headsets] was disbanded in May and the original members were transferred to other product developments. The report also states that the same was confirmed by Apple supply chain companies.
