BENGALURU: India employees of Teleperformance are worried about the BPO company’s move to install AI cameras in the homes of those who are serving certain clients.
A recent NBC News report said some of Teleperformance’s workers in Colombia were being pressured to sign a contract that allows monitoring by AI-powered cameras in their homes, voice analytics and storage of data collected from the workers’ family members, including minors.
