Telecom tribunal exempts RCom from one-time spectrum charge

India’s Reliance Communication Ltd said on Monday that the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has exempted a one-time spectrum charge (OTSC) on the debt-laden telecom company’s spectrum holdings in CDMA and GSM bands.
