Telecom shares mixed; RCom climbs over 4%

NEW DELHI: Telecom shares were trading on a mixed note in Friday’s afternoon session.

Shares of Reliance Communications (up 4.76 per cent), GTL (up 1.82 per cent), Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) (up 1.63 per cent) and Tata Communications (up 1.28 per cent) were the top performers in the index.

OnMobile Global (down 2.42 per cent), Bharti Infratel (down 2.15 per cent), Sterlite Technologies (down 2 per cent) and ITI (down 0.98 per cent) were trading with losses.
