A year after a relief package for the telecom industry, Vodafone Idea, which was the single largest beneficiary, is still not out of the woods.

Vodafone Idea, once the largest player in number of subscribers after the merger of Vodafone and Idea Cellular, has been losing users constantly. The company needs a strategy to retain its existing customers, till the time expansion plans don’t fructify. With various initiatives and better quality services, the loss making telco can still manage to hold its ground.
