Technopark ties up with Brigade group for second WTC in Kerala

KOCHI: Technopark has signed an MoU with The Brigade group to set up a world trade centre.

Technopark has allotted 12 acres of land to Brigade group to build the world trade centre at Technocity. The total development will be 2.5 million square feet and the project will generate employment for 15,000 people.

Brigade group holds the world trade centre (WTC) licenses for all the major cities in south India namely Bengaluru, Kochi, Chennai Thiruvananthapuram and Hyderabad. WTC Bengaluru and WTC Kochi are already operational while WTC Chennai will be launched by the end of the year.
