Tech Mahindra CEO CP Gurnani earns 50% less in FY23: annual report

Tech Mahindra chief executive CP Gurnani earned about Rs 32 crore in salary and other compensation in fiscal 2023, about half compared with Rs 63.4 crore the previous year, the company said in its annual report. The reduction in remuneration was due to Gurnani exercising a lower number of stock options.

Gurnani, who is set to retire in December, earned Rs 25.6 crore from employee stock option plans (ESOP) during the last fiscal year compared with Rs 58.8 crore in FY22.
