Tech Mahindra announces benefits scheme for families of Covid-hit employees

Tech Mahindra on Monday said it will provide job, learning & development, and educational opportunities to immediate family members of employees who succumb or have succumbed to Covid on or after April 1 this year.

These benefits will be in addition to the support the company already gives through life insurance, medical insurance and other statutory benefits in line with policies and local laws across the globe.

All of these can be availed by the employee’s immediate family—spouse, parents, and children and siblings up to 21 years of age.
