‘Teach PwD students via DD too’

The Satyabhama Devi Welfare Trust has demanded that the Plus Two physically-challenged students be taught through Door Dashan-Odia channel like other general students at the earliest. “It is very welcoming that the School and Mass Education Department has made arrangements for teaching Plus Two students through DD-Odia from September 9. But the Department should not forget to provide teaching to the physically-challenged children,” said trust Satyabhama Devi Welfare Trust managing trustee Nirojalaxmi Mohapatra.

Mohapatra urged the School and Mass Education Department, Higher Secondary Education Directorate and Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities to take early steps for teaching physically-challenged Plus Two students through the DD-Odia channel at the earliest.
