TCS sacks four employees, investigating malpractice involving staffing firms

Tata Consultancy Services has sacked at least four executives for allegedly giving preferential treatment to certain staffing firms in recruiting contractual employees, people aware of the development said.

Action has been initiated against five employees, including ES Chakravarthy, global head of TCS’s resource management group (RMG), following a whistle-blower complaint earlier this month, one of the persons said.
