TCS plans to invest over $300 million to expand its operations in Arizona

Tata Consultancy Services said it plans to invest over $300 million over the next five years to expand its operations in Arizona in the US and hire over 220 people by 2023 in the region.

“TCS will also continue to expand the reach of its STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and Computer Science education programmes in Arizona by increasing teacher training and online content for students over the next two years,” TCS NSE -0.20 % said in a statement.

TCS’ Phoenix Business Centre — one of 30 TCS facilities in the US — serves more than 50 customers across Arizona.
