TCS arm sets up Artificial Intelligence centre for real time monitoring of exams
Tata Consultancy ServicesNSE -1.59 % (TCS) has set up an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven command centre to monitor in real time more than 6,000 examination centres or track 8 lakh exam candidates at a time, a move that is likely to help in checking examrelated malpractices.
The IT services firm uses the data generated after every exam to detect malpractices in real time and find patterns such as a centre’s readiness to conduct an exam or to detect anomalies in answers by candidates, said Venguswamy Ramaswamy, global head, TCS iON.
TCS iON helps education boards and recruitment bodies conduct large-scale and highstakes examinations through its Digital Zones.
