Tata Communications Q3 net profit dips 88%

Tata Communications posted an 88% dip in profit over the year for the third quarter at Rs 45 crore. Revenue grew 24.4% to Rs 5,633.26 crore during the same time led by strong performance in its data segment.

On a sequential basis, profit was down 79% and revenue grew 15%. Profit was impacted by legal provisions of around Rs 206 crores towards a Supreme court judgment on variable license fees.
