Swiggy delivery partners secure Rs 14-cr worth of benefits under Smiles initiative

Benefits range from on-call doctors to education loans at fair interest rates

Swiggy, which has built a large fleet of 1.25 lakh active food delivery partners spread across 100-plus cities in India through its ‘Swiggy Smiles’ initiative, has helped the partners get a host of benefits, ranging from on-call doctors to facilitating education loans at fair interest rates.

Under Swiggy Smiles, delivery partners were allowed to collect or earn reward points. In the first year of operations, a total of 55,000 delivery partners have leveraged the benefits, and have earned rewards worth Rs 14 crore.
