Swiggy announces Moonlighting policy to allow workers to take external projects

Food delivery startup Swiggy has introduced a moonlighting policy to allow its employees to take up external projects for pro-bono or economic consideration based on internal approvals.

As per the policy, Swiggy employees can take on projects outside of office hours or on weekends as long as it does not impact their productivity or conflict with Swiggy’s business.
