Subodh Kumar Gupta appointed as Member TDSAT

NEW DELHI: Subodh Kumar Gupta, Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS Retd.) has been appointed to the post of Member, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TSDAT), as per an official Ministry of Communications notice.

“As approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, the Central Government hereby Shri Subodh Kumar Gupta, ITS (Retd.), to the post of Member, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, for a period of four years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till attaining the age of sixty-seven years, or until further orders, whicheevr is the earliest,” the notice said.

During his service tenure, Gupta shall be governed by the provisions of the Tribunals Reform Act, 2021, and rules framed thereunder, it added.
