Strategic Communication in NE

A proposal by defence ministry (MoD) for creating a social media cell for strategic communication in North East is under discussion in the home ministry. The 1st meeting of the working group was held on 5.4.2018 followed by 2nd meeting on 18.7.2018. The meetings are held under the chairmanship of joint secretary (North East), ministry of home affairs (MHA).
