Stock market update: Telecom stocks mixed; RCom sheds 5%

NEW DELHI: Telecom stocks were trading on a mixed note at 01:56PM (IST) on Tuesday.

Shares of Optiemus Infracom (up 4.97 per cent), GTL Infrastructure (up 4.0 per cent), Tejas Network (up 1.72 per cent) and Bharti Airtel (up 0.75 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While Reliance Communications (down 4.92 per cent), HFCL Ltd (down 2.75 per cent), Sterlite Technologies (down 2.41 per cent), OnMobile Global (down 2.11 per cent) and Vindhya Telelinks (down 1.92 per cent) were the top losers in the index.
