NEW DELHI: The Nifty IT index closed on a negative note on Thursday.
Shares of HCL Technologies(up 0.72 per cent), MPhasis(up 0.35 per cent) and Persistent Systems(up 0.01 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
