Stock market update: Nifty IT index advances 0.63%

NEW DELHI: The Nifty IT index closed on a positive note on Monday.

Shares of Infosys Ltd.(up 1.02 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.(up 0.87 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.79 per cent), L&T Technology Services Ltd.(up 0.69 per cent) and Coforge Ltd.(up 0.63 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
