Stock market update: BSE Telecom index rises 1%; Vodafone Idea climbs 3%

NEW DELHI: S&P BSE Telecom index was trading with gains at 01:38PM (IST) on Tuesday.

Shares of Tejas Network (up 4.99 per cent), Optiemus Infracom (up 4.93 per cent), Reliance Communications (up 4.39 per cent), Vodafone Idea (up 3.11 per cent) and Tata Communications (up 1.83 per cent) were among the top gainers.
