Space PSU NSIL set to get three more in-orbit satellites from Isro

Bengaluru: Space PSU NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), which had got 10 in-orbit communication satellites transferred from Isro in mid-2022, is now expected to get three more satellites that were launched by the space agency and are operational, so as to enable the PSU to lease out transponders.

Isro chairman S Somanath told TOI: “…A lot of things are happening. It will be made public once the government approval comes. There are a lot of processes which are ongoing. There are three more satellites, which are owned by Isro, that will transfer to NSIL.”
