Sony Pictures launches OTT service on Prime Video in India

Sony Pictures Entertainment-backed Sony Pictures Television has partnered with Amazon’s Prime Video India to launch a dedicated OTT service.

The new service called ‘Sony Pictures – Stream’ will be offered at an introductory subscription price of Rs 399 per year on Prime Video Channels.

Sony Pictures Entertainment currently runs SonyLIV and Crunchyroll India. SonyLIV is the streaming service of the Japanese media conglomerate’s Indian media unit, Culver Max Entertainment. Crunchyroll is an anime service owned and operated by Crunchyroll India.
