Some iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro users are complaining of dropping battery health

An increasing number of users report faster battery degradation on iPhone 14 compared to previous models. One user lost 10% in a year on their iPhone 14 Pro, while their two-year-old iPhone 14 Pro only lost 15% (85%), according to multiple reports.

A number of iPhone 14 users have detailed battery health decline on different forums. Users say that older models showed more longevity, with 3-year-old iPhone 12 models at 80 per cent mark and 2-year-old iPhone 13 models at 90 per cent, mark according to the number shared by different users. In contrast, iPhone 14 models frequently displayed battery health in the 80-90% range less than a year after launch. However, not all users are affected. Many report 97% or higher.
