Software for EVM inventory management

The Election Commission is using a software for end-to-end inventory management of EVMs and VVPATs on a real time basis. The software is also being used for the two-stage randomisation of the machines for deployment ahead of the polls. The first randomisation of EVMs and VVPATs in the districts going to the polls in the first and second phase has been completed, except in the Jammu, Udhampur and Kathua districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
