Snapchat’s Dreams will turn your selfies into AI-generated potraits

Snapchat has introduced a new feature called “Dreams” that uses generative AI to remix users’ selfies into “fantastical images,” transforming their “persona into new identities.”

In the “memories” section of the app, users can find the “Dreams” feature that prompts them to take selfies from various angles. This feature will then generate eight different images based on themes such as “time travel” or “alternate universes.” In the future, Snap plans to allow users to include their friends’ faces in these image sets.
