SIM Card Vulnerability

In a meeting of Group of Officers held under the chairmanship of secretary (Coordination), Cabinet Secretariat on Feb 16, 2015 regarding “Vulnerability of SIM Cards imported from China – Security Standards”, it was decided that DoT shall set up a committee consisting of representatives from MHA, MeitY and department of commerce. Accordingly, an IMC was constituted as below:
