Shows, comics to mark Mann ki Baat 100th episode

The Union Culture Ministry will mark the 100th episode of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Mann ki Baat series with projection shows at monuments, including Red Fort and Gateway of India, an art exhibition at the National Gallery of Modern Art and publication of comic books about the heroes mentioned by the leader in his addresses, Culture Secretary Govind Mohan said on Thursday.

The ministry will start with the “projection mapping” at 13 locations from Saturday evening. The ministry will also publish ‘Amrit Chitra Comics’, a 12-book series in collaboration with Amar Chitra Katha, to highlight the “heroic stories of the common people mentioned by the Prime Minister in his Mann Ki Baat”, a statement said.
