Savi Soin new Qualcomm India head; Rajen Vagadia moves into a global role

NEW DELHI: Rajen Vagadia has stepped down as president of Qualcomm India and SAARC operations and has taken up a global function role within the company. He is now based in San Diego, US, sources familiar with the matter said.

Sources added that Qualcomm has appointed Savi Soin as the new head of India operations. Till recently, he served as the senior vice president of strategy and business development based in San Diego.
