Sasken launches LTE-based satellite broadband device for critical communications

NEW DELHI: Sasken Technologies, a system designer and integrator, Thursday launched its LTE-based Mobile Satellite Equipment (MSE) for enabling mission-critical communications during natural disasters and for normal operations.

It provides a wide spectrum of services, including emergency calls, voice, fax, messaging, data, and additional functionalities, the Bengaluru-based listed firm said in a statement.

Its shares closed 9.64% higher at Rs 1,551 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Thursday.
