Samsung’s latest smartphones have a Desi touch
BENGALURU: With India being one of the main markets for Samsung, the company will start selling the new Galaxy Note 10 series phones in the West and in India simultaneously. Samsung has confirmed that both the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ smartphone will be manufactured in India itself to cater to local demand.
Apart from the hardware changes, Samsung has introduced a range of software features in the new Note 10 series that makes the phones stand apart. Samsung India SVP and chief marketing officer Ranjivjit Singh in an interaction with TOI Tech-Gadgets Now said that some key software features of the new Note 10 series were also made in India at the Samsung R&D Institute in Bengaluru. This facility is the R&D centre for Samsung outside South Korea.
