Samsung’s cheapest 5G smartphone may come powered by Snapdragon 750G SoC

Earlier this month, Samsung announced Galaxy A42 5G smartphone, which was touted as its cheapest 5G-enabled smartphone. However, back then the company did not reveal all the specs of the handset, especially its processor.

Now, a report by dealntech has suggested that the device is going to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 750G chipset, which launched today and therefore at the time of the launch of the handset — since this processor wasn’t launched — the company could not reveal that.
