Samsung sees ₹14,000 crore festive mobile sales
NEW DELHI: The festive season and the launch of 5G services in the country proved to be a bonanza for Samsung India as the company registered sales of Rs 14,400 crore in September and October, its highest-ever for the period. Aditya Babbar, head of product & marketing at Samsung Mobile, said the company saw a strong traction across price points, and demand has been particularly healthy for premium devices and 5G phones.
The growth for the brand comes at a time when semiconductor supplies have eased up across the consumer industries, and production levels have normalised.
