Samsung rolls out Auracast support for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, smart TVs
Samsung Electronics has announced new software updates for Galaxy Buds2 Pro and its smart TVs. The latest update is aimed at improving at “reshaping the audio experiences across even more connected devices.” These updates will extend LE Audio capabilities to Samsung TVs with Auracast broadcast audio technology. The South Korea-based tech giant said that this feature will enable “rich and complex audio transmission to nearby Bluetooth devices.”
Samsung Auracast: Compatible devices and things to remember
Samsung will add the Auracast broadcast audio technology to Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Samsung 2023 Neo QLED 8K and 2023 microLED TVs. The update will be rolled out via software updates starting this September. With this update, Samsung is expanding its connected experiences beyond mobile devices to home appliances.
