Samsung launches Galaxy Tab 6 to take on Apple iPad Pro: Price, specs and more

As promised, Samsung has expanded its tablet lineup with the launch of Galaxy Tab S6. The tablet is one of the most-high end Android tablets available in the market and locks horns with both Apple iPad Pro and Microsoft Surface Pro. Just like both these tablets, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 comes with support for a stylus — in this case called the S Pen — which magnetically attaches to the rear side of the tablet. Moreover, the S Pen charges automatically when it is attached to the back of the tablet. Besides the S Pen, the tablet also comes support for a keyboard using which the tablet can be used as a laptop.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 price and availability
Samsung has not given out the price and availability details in India. However, it has shared the pricing details for US market. The most affordable variant of the Galaxy Tab S6 has been priced at $649 (approximately Rs 44,800). This variant offers 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The high-end variant that offers 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage costs $729 (approximately Rs 50,300).
