Samsung is encouraging youngsters to deal with real-world problems through E.D.G.E.
You have already heard about Solve for Tomorrow, which is one of Samsung’s important initiatives and it welcomes a culture of innovative thinking and problem-solving amongst the country’s youth. There is another important programme called Samsung E.D.G.E. The company has unveiled the eighth edition of its pan-India campus programme that invites youngsters from India’s premier institutions to work on real-world problem statements.
Students from 35 campuses, including top B-schools, engineering colleges and design schools, will participate in the event that will be held across campuses.
To be conducted over three rounds, the first round of the programme deals with ideation. The team members are expected to collaborate and construct an “executive case summary based on thorough research and analysis”.
