Samsung India claims 100,000 pre-bookings for Galaxy Z Flip 5, Z Fold 5

South Korea-based tech giant Samsung launched its latest foldable smartphones, Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 last month. The company has now claimed to have secured record pre-bookings for its fifth-generation foldable devices. Samsung declared that more than 100,000 consumers pre-booked Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 in India in just over a day.

In a press release, the company also noted that pre-bookings for Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 were 1.7 times more compared to the fourth-generation foldable lineup (Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4).
