Samsung Galaxy S9 gets new software update to improve camera and more

Samsung released a new software update for the older flagship Galaxy S9. The update aims to fix bugs in the device and also adds July Android Security Patch. The update is reported being rolled in Brazil and is expected to be arriving in India soon. The new update with firmware version G9600ZHU5CSFC also brings in several camera improvements.
With the new update Samung Galaxy S9 users can expect to click better Night Mode images and interestingly, the QR code scanner feature works without Bixby as well. Other camera improvements that the update brings are added background blur intensity bar for selfies and added background blur with 8 intensity levels on the preview screen when setting live focus mode.The update is being released in batches over-the-air and users can check for the same by visiting the Settings menu in their phone. It is highly advisable that users keep a backup of their personal data before hitting the “update” button.
