Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus latest update locking owners out of their phone

Some Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 users are facing a problem after updating their smartphone with the July update in US. After the update, several users have reported that they are unable to unlock their smartphones.
Several people have also posted the issue on Samsung’s official forum as well as Reddit stating that they are unable to unlock their smartphone using the PIN or password. Owners those who haven’t set up a PIN or password are also facing the same issue.
In reply to the query posted by owned named ‘userSoNfi9dGMI’, Samsung Care Ambassador has suggested the user to hard reset the device along with the step-by-step guide. On Reddit, several users have suggested the users restart the phone in ‘Safe Mode’ and try unlocking the phone.
