Samsung Galaxy A01 Core smartphone with Android Go Edition launched

NEW DELHI: Samsung has launched its latest Android Go Edition smartphone in Indonesia. The company has launched the Samsung Galaxy A01 Core entry-level smartphone. The price of Samsung Galaxy A01 Core starts at DR 1,099,000 (roughly Rs 5,500). The smartphone comes in three colour options — Blue, Black, and Red and will go on sale starting July 23.

The Samsung Galaxy A01 Core comes with a 5.3-inch HD+ display with a 720×1480 pixel resolution. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and runs Android Go Edition.
The smartphone packs 1GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card. The Samsung Galaxy A01 Core features an 8MP single-lens rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, autofocus, and digital zoom up to 4x. The device also houses a 5MP front shooter with f/2.4 aperture for selfies.
